Now Hiring: Sales Operations Specialist

Summary: We are looking for a motivated sales operations specialist to streamline our sales processes and support our sales team with data-driven insights. This role involves managing CRM systems, leveraging Microsoft tools like Word and Excel, generating sales reports, and creating dashboards to track KPIs and other key metrics. The specialist will also collaborate with stakeholders and team members to improve sales forecasting, assist in pricing strategies, manage vendors, and enhance overall team performance.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement and operations or sales management.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Providing data and guidance to support the sales team.  This includes managing pipeline and sales order reports.

·       Processing quotes and keeping track of open quotes by following up with sales representatives.

·       Type correspondence and various documentation in proper format and proofreads/distributes as assigned.

·       Provides administrative assistance and instruction to management as needed.

·       Maintains proper response letters on computer for various incoming correspondence.

·       Analyzing sales data. Conducting data analysis on sales performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

·       Coordinating sales events including trade show, open houses, account calls, etc.

·       Manage and optimize relationships with vendors, ensuring efficient procurement and supply, and supporting the sales process through vendor-related activities.

·       Filling out all proper paperwork for Certificates of Destruction for ATM’s.

·       Creating Purchase Orders and keeps in contact with vendors to achieve best pricing offered.

·       Handle NCR trade ins, software maintenance and software subscriptions.

·       Assist/coordinate sales calls as needed by sales representatives.

·       Manage the ATM/ITM machine rollout with management/customer.

·       Process approved customer orders and communicate delivery expectations.

·       Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and with customers.

·       Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills.

·       Ability to interpret technical business documents such as product guides, sales orders and sales contracts.

·       Must be proficient using the Microsoft Office suite (including Word and Excel) and have experience utilizing CRM tools.

·       Demonstrated critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.

·       Ability to work independently and meet customer deadlines.

·       Ability to communicate effectively with customers or employees of the organization.

·       Ability to work full-time.

 

Education/Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher.

·       3+ years’ experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role.

·       Proven track record of interacting well cross-departmentally and with customers.

·       Proven track record of communicating ideas and information clearly and effectively (oral and written).

·       Experience maintaining strong relationships with key vendors as the primary point of contact for vendor-related inquiries and issues.

·       Previous roles negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors.

·       Experience creating marketing materials and coordinating sales/marketing events including managing trade show attendance.

·       Experience in project management and process improvement to implement effective sales strategies and streamline workflows.

·       Working knowledge of banking practices and associated technologies highly preferred.

·       Cash Automation industry experience with vendors including Glory, NCR, etc. a plus but not required.
