Job Title: Warehouse Associate


Summary: Dependable Warehouse Worker with 2+ years of experience effectively receiving, stocking, and shipping materials to improve production flow. Ensures a clean and safe work environment by carefully arranging products in the warehouse. Ability to run picked parts from specific locations to technicians out in the field.


Duties and Responsibilities:

· Performs and oversees selection of all outbound orders and product from stock, including checking and counting products selected against picking slips and special-order documents for quantity and shipment accuracy.

· Ensures all products are stocked and shelved in correct bin locations and that all products that have been received are recorded.

· Ensures that all products selected for orders are placed in the proper route delivery loading area.

· Runs parts to field service technicians.

· Observes and abides by all traffic signs, laws, and road conditions when operating any motorized vehicle.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.



Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

· Ability to work full-time.

· Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license.

· Ability to effectively communicate through Microsoft Outlook and other company platforms.

· Ability to work independently.

· Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization.

· Ability to deal with and solve problems involving several variables in different situations.

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

· Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

· Ability to deal with and solve problems involving several variables in different situations.

· Experience operating a box truck to transport products, goods, and materials a plus.

· Technical experience working on cash automation or similar machines (i.e., repair, upgrade, test) a plus but not required.


Education/Experience:

· High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

· Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential functions of this position include driving several hours per day, carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and work efficiently on the shipping computer. It may encompass walking, crouching, kneeling, lifting, and traveling out to meet up with various technicians to observe their day.
