When you become a client of New England Money, you can expect customer service to be our primary focus. As such, we offer comprehensive maintenance agreements on all of our products and solutions.  Additionally, we extend OEM level service on many products offered by other vendors.  In most cases service contracts will consistently save you 15-20% per year on equipment you wish to place under agreement.

New England Money was founded in 1976 as a field service organization, and to this day we hold service above all else.  We are available to provide on-site service in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Maine, and parts of New York.  Additionally, we maintain national service coverage through valued industry partners and sister companies.   Our service team consists of dedicated individuals across phone support, remote software support, and field service technicians tending to hardware/software.
