Today, our service is still the best in the industry and the growth we’ve enjoyed over these years has been outstanding. We have over 200 years of combined experience among our sales and service staff, and are uniquely positioned to handle the needs of our customers now and in the future. Whether your needs are for new, reconditioned, leased or rental equipment we have your solution.

Service

When you become a customer of New England Money Handling Systems, you can expect to be treated with the utmost professionalism and a friendly attitude. As part of this relationship you will be afforded the opportunity to purchase yearly Maintenance Agreements for all or part of any equipment we currently service, or is presently being serviced by a competitor. In many cases service contracts will consistently save you 15-20% per year on equipment you wish to place under agreement. We are interested in your business and if we are awarded such a decision, you can expect responsiveness that is second to none.

Experience, quality and responsiveness are the best words to describe our Service Department. In 1976 New England Money Handling Systems began in the service field. What we are today and what we can expect to be in the future will require the continued efforts currently being put forth in the area of service. Service is our most important function on a daily basis and we place the highest urgency on all our customers service needs.

We are available to provide on site service in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, and Maine.

Commitment

We at New England Money Handling Systems want to earn your business. It is not enough in these current times to simply sell a product to someone, you have to provide a service as well. We provide that service from our Receptionist to our President. Our Sales Representatives are committed to doing the best they can to earn your business, and our Service Technicians are there when you need them the most. We are not the largest company in our industry; But we are the best.
